We aim to ship all orders withing 2 working days using the courier Evri.
However, please note, it is not a guaranteed service and our courier may deliver the next available day. For some parts of the UK such as Northern Ireland and the Highlands, delivery may be more and will take longer.
Please note: It is your responsibility to ensure that you are there to accept delivery of goods, and if a delivery is missed you will need to contact the courier.

Returns
You can return any unwanted items within 30 days for a refund or replacement. We are only able to offer a replacement if the item is in stock. We are unable to exchange items.

If you change your mind about an unused item you’ve bought in the last 30 days, simply return it in its packaging. We reserve the right to refuse an exchange or refund if goods are not returned in a saleable condition or are damaged. If the item was faulty or damaged when delivered or collected from store, please contact us as soon as possible about this. .

Unless faulty cosmetic products which have been opened cannot be refunded or replacement.

This does not affect your statutory rights.
Local Pick Up
